hi there,
i just back from suzhou last week, me from malaysia.
local tour guide - Ms Qian (钱小姐）wrong information;
1) next time, donot allow tour guide explain everything to tourist, she given wrong information, 6 of us total spent RMB15,000 in your shop but wrong information provided by her - 钱小姐.
'=> 210X180 she said is our king size, actually is super single size for us. our bed are queen and king size, how to fix it? over 20 pcs silk blanket (size 180X210) and pad (size 180X210) we brought, but our size at 220X200(quen size) and 240X220, can we exchange it? since wrong information provided by 钱小姐, can deduct her commision and bear our courier fee?
'=> she said silk banklet & silk can wash by washing machine, said the banklet & pad is 6th generation sure can wash in washing machine.
i knew your product with good quality, but wrong information provided by 钱小姐, please advise the best way to solve our problem.

Hi, I just bought a health pillow, how can I wash it? When we saw the sample, the herbs can be taken out from the pillow, but when I opened the plastic bag, the herbs actually was sew inside the pillow. The herbs can be washed also? Kindly reply, thank you. |

Hi, I bought some silk pillows, Silk Covers, Silk Quilt, and a set of Pad The Quilt (blanket cover or 被套 ) from your bedding section from my recent tour visit to your silk factory. I noticed that the blanket covers or as you call it the "Pad the Quilt" or 被套, are without the pillow covers, is it meant to be like that or has been lost? please reply as soon as possible in your returned mail.
